Calculate per client
The client summary only shows date and description — meant to be sent to the client. Phase 2: this will become a direct link per client.
Rate & exchange rate
Update the exchange rate manually based on the Bangkok Bank rate. This rate is used for all calculations until you change it again. Stored only on this device/browser — never sent to the server, so it's set separately per computer.

Each client already has a "link ID" prepared for phase 2 (client portal) — not active yet.
